We are a private office and are open Monday 8:30-5:30 pm and Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30-4:30 pm, we are closed every Friday. 

The initial visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to assess the needs of the patient. Sometimes therapy is recommended before the initiation of medication. Further, past records may be required to ensure we have all the information needed to formulate an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.

As a new patient the visits may last from 60-90 minutes and follow up visits are 15-30 minutes. 

As you know Maryland weather is unpredictable which may cause us to close. In the event of inclement weather, we ask that you call the office to confirm if we are opening. We will also do our best to contact those patients scheduled for the day and may be able to offer telepsychiatry service based on your insurance.
