If you are a current patient, you should be signed up for the patient portal called PATIENT ALLY. If you have not received the link or it has expired please email or call us at 410-762-4550 and we will resend the link. You can access the patient portal by clicking the button below. This is used as a confidential means of communicating with the provider. If you are not using the patient portal as advised, it may take longer to get a response.
If you need a refill, it is best to call the pharmacy first and they will send us an electronic request on your behalf. You can also request the medication via the patient portal, do not email us about medication refills. Please allow up to 3 business days for your prescription to be filled so call pharmacy 5 days ahead. As a reminder we will do not fill medications on the weekends or holidays, so please request medications in a timely manner to avoid missing doses.
